Serves 1

Ingredients

​Cranberry and Rosemary Simple Syrup 

  • 1pc allspice
  • 1 quill cinnamon
  • 1 pc clove
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 cups of fresh cranberries
  • 2 X 1inch wide piece of orange zest
  • 2 cups of sugar 3 cups of water

Cocktail

  • 2 oz of Pin High Vodka
  • 3oz of simple syrup   
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 pc of orange zest
  • 1/2 oz of pasteurized egg white
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 oz of seltzer water

Preparation

​Cranberry and Rosemary Simple Syrup 
 
Cook for 30 minutes and then steep for 2 hours. Strain through cheese cloth and chill.

Assembly
 
Shake for 2 minutes pour over ice in a chilled rocks glass garnish with rosemary and orange.

Enjoy!
