May 8, 2016. Avon, CT. Diana DeLucia, Golf Kitchen Founder & CEO, recently collaborated with her friend Rick Dees on the development of his recently-announced book, Rick Dees All-Time Top 40 Greatest Desserts.
In 2013, Rick was featured in Diana’s first book, Golf Club World – Behind the Gates describing his keen interest and passion for food and cooking, especially desserts, and including the background on his purchase of Sweetbrier Farm in Kentucky.

Diana also worked closely with several chefs in the New York area to create and photograph many of the Top 40 desserts included in Rick’s book, including Rhy Waddington, Executive Chef at Winged Foot Golf Club, as well as Dana Iannelli, Leo Bushey, Sarah Sankow and Nikita Colletta.
