Golf Kitchen Industry Update: A Focus on Collaboration and Innovation

Dear Golf Kitchen Community,

I am excited to report on our recent production in Westhampton Beach, New York, which successfully brought together skilled bartenders and mixologists from clubs across three states. I am genuinely grateful for the dedication, skill, and passion displayed by everyone involved in our collaborative production. This initiative showcases our beverage teams' exceptional talent and innovation and inspires clubs to create collaborative mixology events much like guest club chefs' collaborations.

I appreciate your commitment.
This project thrived due to every participant's commitment, skill, and professionalism. Your collective contributions have highlighted the exceptional talent within our sector, and I take immense pride in what we've accomplished. Special thanks are due to Brian Boyce and the Westhampton Country Club team for their outstanding hospitality and to their President, who supported this initiative. I express my gratitude to Lisa Russel and Mr. Frank's Seasonings for sponsoring the new GK Golf Bar mini magazine and making the trip from Seattle—your enthusiasm was a significant asset to our production.

Special thanks to Lucinda Sterling, a NYC-based mixologist, business owner, and beverage consultant who began her career in 2005 at cocktail icon Sasha Petraske's storied speakeasy Milk & Honey, for checking out our industry's talent!

Next Steps
In the coming week, I will curate a social video to share showcasing some of the stunning cocktail stills captured during our event. GK Golf Bar aims to feature the expertise and creativity of our remarkable beverage professionals nationwide. Please let me know if your club is interested in hosting a similar collaborative effort. The inaugural edition of the GK Golf Bar will appear in the Summer 2025 edition of Golf Kitchen Magazine.

Driving Industry Innovation and Growth
As our collaboration continues to flourish, I am optimistic about creating more opportunities for industry professionals to connect, showcase their talents, and innovate.

Our ongoing partnerships with Greyhouse Films, Mark Dvornik, Hannah Flora Enterprises, and Golf Kitchen are pivotal in reshaping the narrative surrounding food and beverage operations within private golf and country clubs, nationally and internationally.
We aim to inspire emerging food and beverage leaders to pursue careers in our industry. Simultaneously, our goal to create the Golf Kitchen TV Series, highlighting this field's unique artistry and excellence, is a priority.
