Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
Mix together the tomatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate before serving.
Serve chilled in a martini glass with a lemon wedge as garnish.
