Ingredients

  • 3 cl. Gordon's Gin
  • 1 cl. Apricot Liquer - Son Thinh
  • 1.5 cl.  Jasmine and Kumquat Syrup
  • 1.5 cl. fresh Lime Juice
  • 1.5 cl. Schweppes Soda Water
  • crushed Ice

Garnish
  • 28 gr Kumquat - 4 pieces halved

Preparation

Fill glass with crushed ice.

Pour in the Jasmine and Kumquat Syrup, Lime juice, Apricot Liqueur and Gin.

Stir for five seconds with a bar spoon. 

Add four Kumquat halves for garnish. 

Top with crushed ice and soda water.

Use a bar spoon to push the Kumquat halves at different heights inside the glass and serve.
