The Proper spritz
Recipe by Hailey Clower, Mixoligist at Sebonack Golf Club, Southampton, New York, USA
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add the Aperol, Moët Champagne and top with club soda.
Garnish with the half orange wheel and a maraschino cherry.
