with Green Kale / Cucumber / Ginger / Celery / Apple / Lemon / Turmeric
This is a great drink for people that play golf as it helps you maintain the level of energy throughout the round. I would recommend having one before tee off and one at the turn.
Wash all ingredients and dry.
Clean lemon and cut apple in quarters.
Place ingredients in an electric juicer. Stir juice before pouring, use a well-chilled glass for serving.
