Lê Thị Duyên is a Mixologist at Banyan Tree Laguna Lang Co in Central Vietnam. Visit her at the Thu Quan Bar (The Library Bar) to try some of her exotic recipes. Her passion for creating cocktails is evident. Maybe she will create one just for you!

Ingredients
  • 30 ml Belvedere Vodka
  • 15 ml Cointreau Liquor
  • 30 ml Blue Curacao
  • 20 ml Passionfruit Juice
  • 10 ml Passionfruit Syrup
  • 10 ml Lime Juice

Garnish
  • ½ Passionfruit
  • 2 Lemongrass Sticks

Preparation

Pour the Vodka, Cointreau, Passionfruit juice, Passionfruit Syrup and Lime Juice into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well (8-10 seconds)
Strain into a Bowl Glass and top up with the Blue Curacao

Assembly
​

Garnish with ½ Passionfruit and 2 Lemongrass Sticks
