Ingredients

  • 3 oz Bombay Dry Gin
  • 1 oz. Fresh squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 5 Mint Leaves (and the top of a sprig for garnish)
  • 2 Cucumber Ribbons (one for garnish) ​

Preparation


Muddle mint leaves, one cucumber ribbon, lime juice and simple syrup.

Add gin and ice and shake.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Thread cucumber onto a bamboo skewer, top with mint sprig and place across the coupe glass.
